"The Medicare Drug Benefit: Counseling strategies for the 2007 enrollment period."

On November 15, the 2007 Medicare Annual Coordinated Election Period will begin. During this enrollment period, people with Medicare will need to reevaluate their Medicare options and consider if they should make a change. To prepare for this six-week enrollment period, the Medicare Rights Center will be providing a free educational web seminar for counselors helping people with Medicare about the drug benefit. In this web seminar, you will learn:

·         How Medicare benefits will be changing next year.

·         What people with Medicare drug coverage need to know.

·         If people will still get Extra Help next year if they had it this year.

·         What rights people have if they change Medicare drug plans this year.

When: Monday, November 13, 2006 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. EST.
