Very interesting!
I get no "High" from either the IV Lidocaine, or the 60 mg of Dextromethorphan
twice a day. I function very well till my energy runs out about noon, then I
retreat to listen to music or watch the cooking channel on TV.
Dr Sang may have given you higher doses of the

Medicare and gap insurance covers the infusion
They help immensely

Did I mention that I've been getting Lidocaine infusions every 4 to 6 weeks for
the past year?
The infusions are done as an outpatient. I go in take off the shirt and they
put EKG leads on me and start an IV, then drip in 2 to 3 mg per Kg of a dilute
solution of Lidocaine- the whole procedure
