and what does "Johns Hopkins affiliate" really mean? In any case they don't use other people's stem cells. They harvest some from the patient themselves and "purify" them to be used.. I am not sure how legit their "results" are, they can say anything since they do not answer to anyone! As far as the two Canadian sisters who went to China for stem cell treatment in 2006 (and spent a HUGE fortune), they actually did not get much return of function, a bit in their hands.. and that is the latest report (January 2009). I would wait and see what new developments happen in North America before forking over that kind of money in another country.
