Prescriptions:
Docusate sodium 250 mg twice a day
Metamucil 1 tsp. twice a day
Baclofen 20 mg four times a day
Dantrium 25 mg 3 times a day
Supplements:
NF Formulas Spectrient w/o Iron multi-vitamin 1
