Well, from what I've learned so far, as we age, all of us, our brains shrink at least 2% per year, more for those afflicted with TM-MS,etc..   They're not lesions as such but just the brain shrinking as it ages.   And that's why it's important to do all kinds of brain 'exercises' to keep
