I forgot one thing...I chose not to get a flu shot this year after reading a
few things about it. My PCP was neutral on the flu shot. He said to do
whatever my neuro said. My neuro first told me not to get one with
preservatives in it. So I decided not to get one.

This is everything I can remember:
I received a flu shot either Oct or Nov, 2004, and I had a Mantuoux (TB)
test in Feb 2005. I believe the TB test is given with a live virus, but not
positive. I work in a hospital which is why I received the TB test, it's
mandatory. Sometim
My neuro and I discussed both the flu shot and the pneumonia shot. For now,
we've decided against them. I had a case of pneumonia at Christmas time and
managed to fight it off with antibiotics and albuterol. Still, it seems odd
that this eye thing popped up just a little over a month later.
I have never received a flu shot.

I had a flu shot about nine months before TM...
but 10 days before TM, I had a summer "URI" with slight vertigo.

I would get one every year (because of the job I worked), but because of
memory loss due to a coma, I don't know if I had one before TM which I got at
the end of Sept.
