I have used provigil in the past for sleepiness, I have sleep apnea as well as TM, it worked okay for a while and then I couldn't tell. I use it occasionally if I need to drive more than 30 minutes. It is a CNS stimulant and I can't believe the press it is getting for non specified use. Th
