I got the TT3.0 installed. Nice mods. Now I just need to find an ARM11
version of transmission and to figure out how to install a binary. :)

Crashes as in the entire network seizes to work properly. All computers

You need to provide details of your setup-operating system etc. What
are you playing when the system "crashes"-local music files or internet
radio, are you connected to mysqueezebox.com when it crashes, where are
your files stored-locally or on a NAS unit, what version of the
software are you usi
IP address conflict? Is your SBT using a fixed IP address or is it
getting one from DHCP?
Can you explain what you mean by 'crashes'?

Hi, newbie here and I hope to not be here often but, my SBT randomly
likes to crash my home network, any ideas what may be the issue? Did a
process of elimination and narrowed it down to my SBT.

There is a problem with this, there is a watchdog timer on the Touch, if
you don't run squeezeplay (the main SB program) the watchdog times out
and the machine reboots.
Soundchack has a way to turn off the watchdog in his Touch Tool Kit. Go
search the net for TT3.0, download it and look through

However, now unable to use the SB radio. I keep getting a 414 request -
URL too long.
Any ideas???
I updated the firmware today hoping this would resolve things,

Do not use replay gain or tag those DTS/ac3 flac/wav with such tags,
this will be the same as not having 100% volume and would bust the
decoding.
And don't use crossfade.

The touch has been pretty robust over the last coupke of months but
today I found a anomality.After selecting test the SBT entered a
blocked situation. Any key I pressed resuls in the same screen (see
attachement).

I want to install Transmission on the Touch, removing the need for
running my full server 24/7. The Touch doesn't have apt-get or dpkg.
I'm also not sure what binary to install or if any of the existing ones
would work. I'm essentially Linux-stupid. I know the hardware is
