Well first: sorry for being a bit slow, I have never been into Linux,
and even less into programming, up to now.
Now, as far as I understand, your fix in Kernel #9 adresses the

Multiple tags is probably the best aproach .
The multilibrary plugin is probably a good idea .

To complete it: 24bit / 48khz works nice as well! Here come the logs in
the attachment. 48000 switches nicely between 48002, 48004 and 48000,
just like it should be, I suppose.

Good idea. P.s. easy to edit genre tag after rip. open files on vba with
mp3tag. Change genre then save.

Here comes both information files for 44100 (attachments). This still
works very well. However, cat /proc/asound/card1/stream0 now shows
41000k EXACTLY all the time. Something seems to have changed.

Many thanks. The quick and dirty approach won't work - the misses will
have no idea what a genre is, let alone how to search for it. But the
multi user sounds perfect, I will check this out.

Can I attach 500 gig drive full of flac music to the usb port and listen
with no Internet connection? If I do have an Internet connection can I

Install Triode's multi-library plugin. Then users can choose your
library or your wife's library. In LMS > SETTINGS > PLUGINS, be sure to
tick the box to show all 3rd party plugins. You'll also need his "custom
