Just a few things...
1) Go into the control panel (right click on icon in tray and select
control panel). On the diagnostics tab there is information that is
testing your port connections, etc. (9000, 3483). Do these all say OK?
2) Have you changed the name or path of your music
directory/direct

Well I always thought the main reason for EDO was to enable the SBT to
play/pass through

For the older SB models you can use a plugin called Power Switch II.
This plugin does not work with the Touch and I don't think there is
another plugin solution for the Touch. But you can use an external
solution such as this:
