Downloaded 7.6.1 and it's working again. Moved Switch Library to the

Av=antivirus fw=firewall sorry for being lazy.
But nowdays many such programs seems to be both or some crossover ?
In general use only one firewall and one antivirus software, not both
windows own fw and some thirdparty one.
But a forum search will show you historical and newer issues with all

Yeah, you won't have access to Switch Library from within My Music
unless the Touch is currently connected to SBS. That's why I want you
to move it to the Home menu. ;)
My assumption is that you are getting update prompts because your
player is switching between SBS 7.5 and MySB.com 7.6.

I continued having problems connecting to Squeezebox server.
It seems that I also kept getting a messages to upgrade Java.
I thought it was just typical annoying computer maintenance issues.
But, yesterday I did upgrade Java and then the Squeezebox server

Is this a coincidence or is t
Yeah, I really think you have some other issue at play here. I'm
running two instances of SBS 7.6.1 on two different WinXP computers and
my players *always* connect to whichever SBS I choose.

FWIW problem solved(at least for tonight) by downloading version 7.5.5.
Haven't a clue but I guess a lot of the newer versions of the server
are pretty buggy.

Now when I tried to play "My Music" it asked me download SS software at

Lately I'm having problems with my Squeezebox server seeing my Touch.
I've rebooted the computer, I've rebooted the player, I've downloaded
the most recent software and older versions as well. This has been
going on for several days. Most days after a computer reboot or 3 it
finally finds the play
