In respect of the wall mount - presumably a third
I rather feared that would be the answer.
But as iPhone has said, sales in Europe have been strong, and a number
of sites are selling this item and most show the said wall bracket via
Logitech supplied advertising blurb. Prehaps if they have no intention
of selling this item, they should remove it

The title pretty much says it all really.
I'm hoping that someone from Logitech will read this and come back with
the definitive answer.
A lot of sites that are selling this item, have pictures and info that
must have been supplied by Logitech, and they show this unit with the
said Wall Mount.
