Touch > Settings > Advanced > Networking > Switch to MySB.com (if you
plan on using this regularly you can add this to your Home menu by
pressing & holding that menu item, select Add to Home Menu).
Or, just don't have LMS running, select an internet stream, it should
offer to switch to MySB.com a

I primarily listen to Pandora on my Touch but occasionally go to "my
music" to listen to albums stored on my Windows 7 computer. When I want
to return to the home screen from "my music" it won't allow me. It just
shows an abbreviated home screen with "my music", "favorites",
