systemd-journald is eating 100% cpu and journalctl is getting spammed by
gnome-software. Laptop is completely unusable at this point as RAM is
exhausted and system is swapping like crazy.

Update
I have an issue, not sure it is the same bug but it started happening
recently sometime after November 12th. HP Probook 6475b freezes when
removing the AC. The cursor jitters, a short audible sound occurs,
screen artifacts then FREEZE. It had been working fine prior to
installing recommend updates.

I'm using Dell Inspiron 15R 5520. With ubuntu 17.10
I tried to connect two external monitor using both VGA, HDMI ports.
however as soon as I connect the second external monitor. The whole system is
