After digging a bit I saw that updater didn't installed some important
applications
. adept
. systemsettings
. kmix (didn't replace kmix-kde4)
I'm still trying the system as I've updated it just 16 hours ago and
I've logged in for just 3 hours :P

Impossible to login in Kubuntu after Intrepi
Ok, I found the solution. Somehow the updater didn't replace package
kdm-kde4 by new kdm.
I've done apt-get install kdm and followed the install process and now
everything's ok.
There's still a problem with the updater
