With 3.6.2 this fails already during the build. To evade the ftbfs, the
extensions are not build on armel/armhf.
rationale:
The real solution is fixing

too late for that now. Not
Same root cause as the ftbfs for 3.6.2 which moved the help index
generation for extensions from first start into the build.
