Well the only message that i've got from the command line is the already
in a subject of this bug report. Unfortunately i can't trigger it any
more, because my installation was modified since then. I've performed
many upgrades(even non official). Here is my current KDE package list:

I get the same error and disabling cache makes it work. I am running on
kdebase-3.5.6 which is the stable one on kubuntu. It also works if I
type kdesu konqueror even with cache enabled. I do get the following
warnings though
