Public bug reported: Since upgrading from 16.04 to 16.10, I've noticed the following regression: screen scaling settings in the unity-control-center screen panel aren't correctly restored after a reboot or a re-login. I've got multiple monitors at different scaling factors, so this is quite a usability issue for me.
