Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

As the summary says. It should definitely update more, at _least_ once
every 5%. I understand polling is to be kept  to a minimum to avoid
unnecessary CPU usage but really, it'd be nice if when I look at my
battery stats, they don't go from 25% on first look, then to 0% on the
next...
