I took a look at the upload in noble unapproved, and I confirmed that the only differences between the patches in the oracular upload are for patch context. Hence, the same changes are being applied to noble. I reviewed the upload in the oracular unapproved queue, and in my opinion it is ready to be accepted into -proposed.
