Disclaimer: I don't have HW to test this.

Verification on Plucky confirmed that the new firmware blobs work
correctly with the 6.14 kernel. For Noble, the same firmware blobs
(intel/ibt-0190-0291*.sfi) were added (I confirmed that the blobs
provided by the Noble and Plucky packages are identical) and the 6.14
HWE kernel is essentially the same kernel as 6.14 in Plucky.

I am affected by this bug. The freshly merged fix (apt install linux-
firmware/plucky-proposed) does work for me, bluetooth is back and
working (tested with BT mouse).

I think there are two separate problems here: A) the drivers are not
being found, and B) in a situation where the drivers aren't found, the
settings app glitches out rather than clearly explaining the issue to
