lazy option:
both passed, but it breaks the gimp-icon in the launcher. starting it over the
menu works. actually i found this to be the case on previous upgrades (but
didn't worry much about it). i'll file / link a bu

everything else seems fine, i'll give that a "passed". i'll file a bug report
if necessary (??).

i have that too. i tried to install a quantal 64 vm under virtualbox
(win7) on monday/tuesday. the system i got was more or less unusable,
BOTH 3d and 2d (Core i3, loads of RAM and virtual graphic memory).
precise is fine.
