Could it be possible for click apps to have the plugin bundled?
An environment variable should be nice. Or in the
./lib//PepperFlash directory of the click app.
Now it's hard coded to the location of the adobe plugin or the chrome
version.

If you have chrome installed in /opt/google/chrome, it should use the
pepper flash plugin from chrome. (the official stable chrome installs
here)

Managed mode in gclient is a deprecated feature. To stop using this, we
basically need to make Oxide provide the top-level DEPS if possible,
which is what will pull in Chromium (rather than specifying the Chromium
repo in the gclient config)
