For the ThinkPad users, I was able to get the cursor back by pressing Fn
+ F7, with an X201 Tablet.

BTW, I'm also experiencing a different error besides this one which I

Sometimes when turning on the laptop (opening the lid) after it has been

Lenovo Laptop. While HDMI cable is connected, TV shows "no signal".
Comfirming that:
- LG TV's HDMI ports work.
- HDMI cable works (under Win7).
- Laptop can detect active HDMI connection (through xrandr)
