I am seeing this same bug on an AMD chipset in quantal under heavy CPU load. Christopher, before you send your obviously automated response, I have just reported this bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1210397); I'm sure having many duplicate bug reports that are all the same
