My modern Spin 5 (SP513-54N) is able to flip display into both "tent"
mode and/or "tablet" mode (almost 360°) and it used to flip OS screen
automatically, too.

Ah, my fault I am sorry, I've just found out there is a "Lock Screen
Rotation" button in notification area which has been enabled (although

Totally agree. Tapping the touchpad should continue to work normally
even after switching the mouse to the left-handed mode.
This is a VERY user-unfriendly behavior.

I've just upgraded to 18.10 from 18.04. Now when power manager (or
whoever) puts the screen to blank, I cannot login, because I do not see
anything. Befeore the upgrade, mouse move or keypress led to login
screen. Now does not.

Hi there, during hibernation I see some strange messages, but OK,
hibernation is not officially supported.
The problem is, that I've got errors in system log (dmesg) even without
any hibernation, just normal boot from powered-off computer.
Here is what I've got:
$ dmesg | gr
I suggest closing this, because the PC is out of my physical reach now.
If you really want to have (need) that debug info, I can do it for you,

I would like to post it, but the computer is now located outside of my
office and I've not yet managed to connect to it remotely due to missing
UTP cable there... When I manage to connect to it, I will execute it and

Hmm... when I removed 2 additional DDR RAM modules (out of 4), being
said, leaving just the original two, glitches do not appear.
Interresting on this is that I let memtest+ running overnight with all 4
modules for 17 hours and... no error at all.
Weird. Need some more tests.

(gnumeric, abiword) on fresh install I've started suffering strange
