I agree that the memory leak should be resolved, but I am astonished of the speed that things are going. This bug strikes more than 1 year when 9.10 is released and I don't see anything but some community patches that just produce memory leaks. It's really becoming a matter of the image of Ubunt

I have a ATI 3450 HD. The patched worked just fine, but yesterday updated karmic packages and now I just get a flashing white screen on booting Ubuntu. Begining to lose my temper in this situation. AMD drivers in linux are really a paine in the a**. Also in the short time everything was suppose
