klamm2001, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release

With kubuntu 13.10 Beta 2 and kernel 3.11.0-11-generic, the messages can
still be found in syslog, but I didn't experience the hanging mouse
pointer any more.
