this is true, I didn't manually tweak the changes file, this is a plain
sync, and the Debian package didn't reference it :)

if we ship with 1.10. Regardless, if I'm not making any sense here,

We couldn't apply the patch to 1.10 if we tried, because 1.10 already
contains the same fixes, as you know.

To manage notification
It would be really nice to get this for Bionic. It's full of nice
quality-of-life fixes for touchpad users.
We currently patch in the fix for

that patch if we shipped 1.10.
