You can install this to fix it as a drop in replacement with no external
dependencies until it's fixed in the archive, or just disable compiz in
the meantime.

Seems that this may be related to a last minute commit to enable vsync
for DRI2 CopyRegion. Testing with some packages containing fixes for
that code seems to have fixed my machine.
