After some try and fail I have one minor workaround, instead unplug-plug
hdmi cable, I need to press [fn]+[F8] keys two times (this switch
monitors two times) when grub menu displays. Better than stressing hdmi
cable everytime.

Yes, is a known problem, bug 560246 , so please temporarily disable all noref
or no referrer plugins installed on your browser and authorize when request,
then run again the above command

the text-mode browser shows an error:
No REFERER Header
Launchpad requires a REFERER header to perform this action
I'm not sure how to avoid this...
