This problem still exists in Dapper and has to do with postgresql now
being able to have multiple versions install so the postinst script
fails looking in the wrong dirs.

Fixed in Debian revision 0.3.0-3. The culprit is sobby dying from the
exception when compiled with Zeroconf support, not the Avahi
compatibility warnings. As a workaround you could install avahi-daemon,
which will solve the issue, but this is not desirable on a public
internet server.

The path _is_ wrong (I've just checked to be sure if there were any
changes).
It should be /usr/src/modules/$name/{and here all that stuff}. So it
should be moved like the initital reported said:
modules/* -> modules/comedi/
but it won't compile on Dapper kernel anyway. I had to repack
i deinstalled libcrack2 (and revelation) again, checked that
/usr/lib/libcrack.so.2.7 is deleted and did a "apt-get clean".
after that i installed the packages libcrack2 and revelation again and it works
again.
