I found a workaround: mount the iso (/ nrg / img) image with 'sudo mount
-o loop' etc, and then burn the mounted directory to DVD.
sudo mount -o loop /my/big.iso my-iso-mount-directory/

I've compiled things successfully a few times, but more often than not I
just get frustrated, so I guess I'll wait for the Ubuntu package. Any
way of finding out how long it will be until it's released?

This a bug in python-soya, it leads to the same crash with slune.A new
release has been made upstream and corrects it, we just need to get a
new package of python-soya. I'm marking this as Fix Committed.

Yes thats still a problem, that's why I asked motus for a new package.
Until it's done (if it is), you can try to get the new version of
python-soya and compile, but if you are not used to, it's safer to wait.

been reported https://gna.org/bugs/?9008 , and solved. Motus : I don't
know if it's possible to have a new release of python-soya in feisty-

libgda 3.0.1 is in Gutsy now. We could get the new libgnomedb from the

If somebody wants to work on that, give me a shout and I'll review
