thanks for reporting the bug. But unfortunately your stack trace is
pretty useless. Can you please install the debugging packages for glib,
gtk+ and gq and reproduce the bug again (to provide a proper stack
trace)?

Camorama 0.18 (released in september) contains fixed for several kinds
of errors. Right now, our bugzilla gets flooded by lots duplicates from
Ubuntu for the mirror and laplace crashes. Can you please update the
version to 0.18? I have worked on 0.18 and it fixes this kind of error.

this one (and add libgcrypt-dev to the build-depends to automatically
detect it).

I can't because, because GQ 1.1 has had a lot of incompatible changes to
GQ 1.0.0, so backporting isn't trivial.
BTW, and I don't think it makes sense to add extra workload to backport
a feature that will be released next month.

just added support for hashing with libgcrypt (instead of libcrypto) in
GQ trunk.
Unfortunately I'm quite busy right now, and I only added MD5 for the
libgcrypt build.
