I've fixed my problem by installing flashplugin-nonfree-extrasound and
adjusting the PCM channel in kmix.
I've find the flashplugin-nonfree-extrasound hint in comment #10 on #291371.

I confirm also the bug on my Kubuntu 9.04. Amarok is working well and others
sound apps, but flash doesn't play sound. I've tried it with firefox, arora and
konqueror.

Adobe Flash Player plugin on Firefox los
Adobe Flash player is now playing audio correctly. Noticed this on 10
July 2009. I've received many updates over the past two weeks, so I'm
not sure which did the trick. However, I thought I'd note it here for
those who were having problems.
