No, if it's working, there is no reason to run the commands to troubleshoot it. Since it's working for you now, I'm going to change the bug status to "Invalid". If you notice future problems, go ahead and re-open the bug, and attach the requested information. (or open a new bug, if it's a separate

Right, I used "eth100" because I didn't want to use a real interface on your system. I just want to see if resolvconf is working. If you replace "eth100" with "NetworkManager", you simulate what Network Manager does. (I don't recommend doing this) When you install resolvconf, manually editing /et
