Description: Ubuntu 9.10 Release: 9.10 A copy of http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=526894 'apt-get update' does not change any of mtime/ctime/atime of /var/lib/apt/lists/lock anymore. We need to find something else indicating a successful run.
