Public bug reported: I am using "APTCACHE=" in ~/.pbuilderrc (because I am using a systemwide apt-cacher-ng).
pbuilder-dist overrides this setting: arguments = [ [...] '--aptcache', '/var/cache/apt/archives/', '--override-config', Using os.environ.get('APTCACHE', '/var/cache/apt/archives/') does not appear to help here, because ~/.pbuilderrc gets sourced only after building the command. (Makes me wonder why the other os.environ.get calls are there?!) I think pbuilder-dist should just not force this setting to be the default.
