The same issue was observed two days ago. I started to install pCP 8.2
on my old system. Could not completed due to wifi dongle driver issue,
however I saw that none of the extension repositories was accessible
(via LAN cable). Live in Hungary, but I do not beleive it is a
networking issue.

I am trying to upgrade my system to latest pCP. The first issue is
missing driver for my Wifi dongle TP-LINK TL-W725N with RTL8188 chip.
I followed the instructions found here
