I have a client that is out of my control which requires a broker supporting
*MQTT + TLS v1.2 with PSK*.
I'd prefer to use ActiveMQ for this as I have a number of other Queues to
support, so I don't want to install

A trace of a message exchange with Artemis where this has occurred is below.
