I'm trying to build activemq-cpp 3.9.4 on Cygwin. The website says this is supported but closer inspection of the README in the release says it's not. I am running into errors with pthread.h while trying to compile with make in Cygwin now. If I want to run the C++ client on Windows, do I need to switch to building with MSCV?
