Hi, I have a set of network of brokers with the following configurations, i.e. all resides on 4 different servers (ie different IP addresses)
Broker A (master) Broker B (master) <----master/slave-------> <---failover----> Consumer and Producer Broker A (slave) Broker B (slave) Broker A (master) and Broker A (slave) shared the same kahadb storage. Broker B (master) and Broker B(slave) shared another direct kahadb storage, different from Broker A ones. Broker As are connected to BrokerBs via master/slave protocol. Question : 1. Should Broker A (master) and Broker A (slave) shared the same broker name ? Is there a restrictions ? What about Broker B (master) and Broker B (slave) broker name ? Can be the same or unique ? 2. (a) Broker A( master) has a failover network connector to Broker B (master) and Broker B (slave) -with a network connector name - (b) So, identically, Broker A (slave) will also have a failover network connector to Broker B (master) and Broker B (slave) with the network connector name - Can network connector name (a) be the same as network connector name (b) , or it must be different ? Is there any restrictions ? thanks -- Sent from: http://activemq.2283324.n4.nabble.com/ActiveMQ-User-f2341805.html
