I changed the configure command and used, ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache --enable-module=so --enable-rewrite=shared --enable-module=cgi --enable-unique_id=shared --with-expat=builtin and I was able to get modules for the compiled. But still my question is why i am not able to load module
