i need a walk through or something of the sort to show me how to download

I checked out the headers, and then changed the server configuration so
that everything that needs correct screen formatting gets sent as
'plain/text' (instead of 'plain/x-c', for example, and it works. Seems
like a hack, but it is sufficient for what I need to do.

Hi,
I have recently inherited a system that uses 2 httpd binaries. One
listens on port 80, the other (on port81) is a modperl enabled binary
whereby, with the power of some rewritting from the port 80 listener,
stuff ends up on port 81.
I had to create a second vhost for the modperl binary to lis

Since I am dealing with an exact match of a problem but noone has responded,
I have to ask
How do you install mod_ssl since there were no steps to do a "make and make
install" in the INSTALL file in the mod_ssl source tarball?
Warron French,

Hi,
I run apache 2.2 on a FreeBSD v7.0 machine, with a lot of virtual hosts,
with each their own access and error log.
I have been looking at rotatelogs so i dont have to restart/reload apache,
but the rotatelogs only rotate logs on a time interval, or logs size
count.
I would like to rotate all

Maybe you should consider to upgrade ?

Hello all,
I have (what I consider to be) a working reverse proxy configuration with
httpd, mod_proxy and mod_auth_tkt. The only problem that still persists is
related to a specific intranet service that is hosted in IIS. For the first
time, it works fine. But after a few minutes, the user
After compiling the mod_ssl using apxs, did do a 'make' and 'make install' .
can you send the complete command used for installing the mod_ssl using
apxs.
after using apxs, did u try to run
httpd -l
