Assuming that your companies Router is set up to allow an incomming and
outgoing TCP connection to your Linux Machines Local IP Address on port 80.

Well telnet will not work over port 80 unless you have it set to do
so. Most likely your DSL modem works as router as well, and you need
to be forwarding requests inside the router for port 80 to your
internal IP: which I am assuming is 192.168.1.3 . For this you would
need to consult the documen
