You are asking very basic, yet broad questions: they are not specific at all. Furthermore your questions do not show that you've tried to do any work and have reached a stopping point where you need help. I would suggest that you read the documentation for your OS and for Apache and then experiment. With respect to static to dynamic pages: there are many Apache HOWTO tutorials and web programming guides on the web that will allow you to grasp the basics, I would suggest you use your favorite search engine to find them and start researching.
