I even copied cacerts file to my home directory and added
-J-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=C:\Users\ggreenbe\keystore\cacerts
-J-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword=changeit
to netbeans_default_options in the conf file.
Nothing helps. Still get
