Thanks for the recent discussions on reprojections, they have helped clarify
the process.
Working fine for features, but Im struggling with an image using OpenLayers.
When I load the the image(projected EPSG 27200)as a coverage
(using raster image with spatial data file) it is only visible

I find it a bit strange that I still need to convert my (WGS84) coordinates for
map.setCenter from EPSG:4326 into the map's coordinates when I thought I was
telling the map to use 4326 with the options below. Perhaps I am missing a
step, or redoing one twic

A colleague showed me MapFish a while back, and what has really caught
my eye lately is the printing capability. The printing process which
I've posted to the Wiki is extremely slow; but MapFish's is very fast.
But I don't speak Java so I can't reverse engineer it to see how they

Thanks for the info guys. I'm glad it wasn't something simple that I was
overlooking. I'm surprised that there aren't more OpenLayers-based apps out
there that have a need for layers of text that don't come across as part of
the image with the geometric data. It's an absolute necessity for mine.
