I have wms layer with 100 different river names. I am looking script example,
where i can click certain river name from dropdown list and the cursor fly to
the specified river.

Have you tested the UMN Layer? (e.g. with shp2img) If it is not
working, the mapserver userlist might help.
If the layer works, provide an URL sent to Mapserver by OpenLayers.
Firebug might help.
