I just fired up an old HP Vectra 5/75 that someone gave to me from a
school; this thing is a 75Mhz processor/32Mb of RAM, and a 2.3Gb drive -
it happens to have my wife's old files on it. It takes forever to boot
(Win95) perhaps 15 minutes. But once booted I find that it has MS Office

It's because it is zipped. Try unzipping the file into an empty folder to get
the contents.
